General terms

  • I DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH ANY RUSSIANS

  • Please send as many references and details as possible about what you’d like for your commission; photos, art, character design pages, and written descriptions of story, mood, color, setting, or pose are perfectly acceptable and recommended.

  • If I am not explicitly told to draw something a specific way and/or the reference is ambiguous, keep in mind that I will use some level of creative liberties.

  • I have the right to decline your commission without explanation.

  • Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the art.

  • Most of the commissions will be posted on my social media pages.

Keep in mind, these prices are estimates, and complicated designs or numerous details will increase the cost in the form of a complexity fee. (Notify me if you’re working within a budget; I will do my best to accommodate!)

SUCH COMPLEXITY FEES INCLUDE:

  • Multiple limbs/arms/hands

  • Medieval/fantasy costume design

  • Detailed, layered outfits (beyond shirt/sweater/jacket/a couple small details)

  • Props

  • Architecture/backgrounds (beyond a flat color)

  • Wings

  • Effects (magic/fire/water/powers ect ect)

  • Heavy patterning

  • Unfamiliar subject matter in general

  • Multiple client communications

TURNAROUND AND PRIORITY

  • I have no priority system regarding commissions unless given notice by the commissioner. If you’d like a piece done in a specific timeframe or by a specific date, please notify me.

  • My turnaround times vary from a week, to sometimes a couple months – it all depends on the complexity of the overall commission load. Please keep this in mind while considering commissioning (especially as a gift for others).

  • If the deadline is within 10 work days from the day of payment of the order, that rush order constitutes a 50% additional charge at least*

  • *(50% (or more) of the total cost of the commission in question). If the commission is especially complex and the deadline extremely tight, this is subject to increase.

  • I do not work Saturdays or Sundays.

PROCESS

  • Email me about your order and I'll let you know if I have any slots available.

  • Please send as many references and details as possible about what you’d like for your commission; photos, art, character design pages, and written descriptions of story, mood, color, setting, or pose are perfectly acceptable and recommended. The clearer the idea, the easier I can interpret requests and work with you!

  • I accept your commission, and half or full commission price is paid to me (based on total price, see Payment Information).

  • IN ADDITION: if you have paid half, full payment is required upon approval of the sketch for further progress on the artwork.

  • I send you a sketch (or several, depending on the commission and complexity), upon which you will provide feedback. On approval, I’ll move on to the finished product. If the client requests further updates in the process, they absolutely have that right, and I follow through!

  • If the commission is more complex (i.e., poster commissions, character design page, larger scale illustrations, ect), I will send you a refined sketch(s)/tone study for approval before moving on to line, colors, and overall completion. Any desired revisions are heavily recommended at this point.

  • Final artwork is completed. Further revisions cost extra.

  • The artwork as a high resolution digital file (JPG, PDF, PNG, ect) is turned over to you via email or whichever method the client prefers.

PAYMENT

  • I accept only Payoneer and PayPal (We cant sent Paypal invoice in my country, so I can only accept friend-friend payment)

  • If the commission is less than $100, full payment up-front is necessary.

  • If the commission is at least or over $100, 50/50 payment is optional; half is due up-front and the other half is due once the final sketch is approved.

  • Some countries charge VAT depending on your location. I am not responsible for this separate charge and furthermore, it is illegal to add it to the price of the commission or shipping. Please keep this in mind.

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

  • I have full rights over my artwork, including the right to post the artwork on other sites for portfolio purposes.

  • Don't use my artwork for AI/NFT

  • Don't use my artwork for commercial purposes without my permission. All rights stay owned by me, unless if bought. You can buy the rights to the artwork, but the fees are 300% of the main original price.

  • Don't steal my artwork, and if you see that someone has stolen, then let me know.

  • Don't change or erase my watermark.

  • Don't altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.

If you are interested for some commercial art contact me and we will discuss the price.

  • Please do not reupload / repost my artwork on any other site without my permission and proper credit.

  • Please save your commission once it’s received. I may delete the saved works to clear space on my PC/google drive.
